Faceless horror channel pipeline — AI agent sourcing, human voice and edit
50k ft — Why care?
Argues against fully AI faceless-channel courses: have an agent scrape a horror subreddit (with credit), generate clips with a video model, then hire a human narrator and editor (or use Descript). AI handles admin and sourcing, humans keep the creative part.
10k ft — Key takeaways
• AI voiceover hurts retention, real narrators win
• Use agents for sourcing and hiring, not the creative voice

I’ve watched Mr nightmare since like 2017. Well before AI. These fully autonomous AI channels doing horror stories now will never compete. So keep the art/creative portion human. Though I think AI video Gen can still be done well.

Bro, these AI grifters are now selling faceless nightmares. Go look up this guy, Mr. Nightmare. He's the reason why faceless YouTube channel courses like this one are gonna go extinct. Like, look up how much they're charging. It's all how to generate AI slob. Bro, we could totally build a better version of this. Open up your AI agent. Tell it to write a scary story. Yeah, no, nevermind. AI is kind of creatively brain dead, unfortunately. How do we get around this? Let's have it scrape this subreddit instead. Don't worry, we'll credit the original poster. Already more than the core sellers do. Have your AI agent use one of these scraping tools. And connect one of these video generators, too. It could generate a bunch of spooky ass clips. But please don't use an AI voice creator, bro. Nobody wants to listen to, like, an AI voice YouTube video. Instead, I'm having my AI hire, like, a real human. Might as well have the AI hire a video editor, too. You could just use this dscript thing. It'll do a very okay job. Now we have the Reddit story. We have all those generated clips. We have the recording of the narrator who's reading the Reddit story. You need to give it to the paid editor. And boom, you have a not shitty video, hopefully. Everybody's saying that AI is coming for creatives. I couldn't disagree more. I haven't do the boring admin stuff, like hiring people. So don't pay a grand for a fucking course. Follow your boy instead. I'll show you how to build cool stuff like this.
