Chat-history mining — derive better custom instructions from your AI logs
50k ft — Why care?
Export your full ChatGPT or Claude history, have a small model like Jev tag every conversation for mistakes and usage patterns, then feed the analysis to your main assistant to write new custom instructions. A cheaper alternative to building a full personal 'Jarvis' agent.
10k ft — Key takeaways
• Turn the analysis into custom instructions
• Use a cheap model to tag errors and usage at scale
• Your exported chat history is the best personalization dataset

Transcript excerpt
These personal AI Jarvis's never really existed how we thought they did. Remember this whole Mac mini phase? Turns out what makes these Jarvis's run so well is just a file you have to download from your chat GPT history. I'll prove it, export all of your AI data. By the way, this is how you do it in Claude. Feed the fucking whole ass file back to your AI agent. Be like, my guy, you gotta analyze this shit, dude. You gotta attach any small model to it, like the GEV model. You want that small model to analyze every single conversation. Basically tagging each conversation with things that it got wrong. And also tagging each chat based on how you actually like to use your AI. Bringing all that data back to your main AI agent where it'll then return a new set of custom instruction based on all the analysis data of every single AI chat you've ever had. Now just set that in your custom instruction. And I swear to God, your AI is gonna run so much better, bro. These AI Jarvis's are sweet, dude. They're so sick. But most people don't need to spend the time building this, I'm gonna be honest. You just need to take the AI that you already use and then make it work well for you. Setting up your custom instructions like this? Great first start. So get out there, big dog. Follow your boy while you're at it. I'll keep posting shit like this for free.
