They're feeding you leftovers, bro. Have you ever noticed how Zillow only advertises corporate boring ass rentals? Yeah, it turns out it's their whole business model. The key is to AI generate a realtor. Go to this site, I couldn't find any alternative. Apparently you just got to say you're a vendor. Text your realtor friend and ask them to sponsor you. You will receive a license email like this. Now you straight up have the MLS but via API. Now run this prompt in your AI of choice. We wanna create a workflow that will call the MLS API and then save listings that match our criteria to our own database. You could filter for listings based on all these fields, which you got to sign up for one of these, by the way. Oh, and create some tables that look like this. Once you have that workflow done, you can run this prompt. It will look at all of the listing that match your criteria and then email the real estate agent attached to that listing, expressing your interest in that rental. This was not my idea, by the way. This dude came up with this way before I made this video. You don't need to use Zillow for this shit. Follow your boy instead. Keep shit posting AI automation ideas like this.
