After months of testing and overthinking whether I was an idiot for using skills when I should be building workflows, I think it’s totally safe to use skills in a lot of situations. The companies that will win with AI will set up their company to be quickly adaptable and skills enable that far more than any workflow will. #ai #claude #workflows #aiagents lostandlucky   1d Use skills in workflow. Take workflow with skills and make a bigger skill. Rinse and repeate 🙌

Bad news. The NADN workflow that you built last year is getting dumber every day. Let's run an experiment. Coming up two separate chats in cloth. Give this prompt to chat number one. Make sure to install any NADN MCP. We want it to build us a workflow that looks like this. Every six hours it drafts responses to the g-mails that need responses. Pretty simple. Now give this prompt to the other cloth chat. We want it to build us a skill that does kind of the same thing. But like skill format. We've got both of these prompts running, right? The results are in. This is what the first prompt build. I tested it and it works. I had to edit it a little bit. But chat number two is done as well. Test in this bad boy right now. Not only is it working but it's filtering out emails it doesn't need to respond. And if it did fuck up, I can just ask it to change its skill. It'll do it immediately because it's straight up a text file. Like, I don't got to edit this shit. I might be becoming more agent-pill. Like yeah, the idea of letting an AI run wild on a task that probably should be a workflow gives me anxiety. Bro, you can't tell me this isn't the future.
