Claude Code content system — seven skills from research to repurposing
50k ft — Why care?
Chase's creator pipeline as seven Claude Code skills: source research (X, GitHub), a YT-pipeline skill offloading analysis to NotebookLM, competitive ideation, hook/outline/title scripting, and post-production repurposing into blogs, X threads and 60–120s shorts. Credited with 90 pieces in 30 days; the skills themselves are paywalled.
10k ft — Key takeaways
• Distill long videos into new short-form scripts rather than clipping
• Offload heavy research analysis to NotebookLM to save tokens
• Split the pipeline into research → ideation → scripting → repurposing skills

Transcript excerpt
In the last 30 days, I gained over 38,000 subscribers on YouTube, almost 50,000 on Instagram, and over 11,000 on TikTok. And this was in large part thanks to my Clod Code content system. These kind of tend to be a cycle. First, you need to figure out where's your fountain head of knowledge? Like, where do you need to find the ground level ideas for your content? For me, since it's tech and AI, that's usually Twitter or GitHub. And so, Clod Code grabs that for me. Once I have that, I then send it through the YT pipeline skill. This sends that information to Notebook LM, and Notebook LM does all the analysis for me. Doesn't cost me tokens, and I can get all the Notebook LM deliverables. From there, I run the ideation skill. And that takes a look at our research and sees what we could do with it in context of the competitive landscape. So like, what else are the people talking about in terms of this particular idea? What are the gaps? What do people keep talking about that actually gets views or doesn't get views, right? So this takes the research and gives us, right, some sort of like strategy for it. Next, we move into scripting, and that has to do with hooks, outlines, and titles specifically for YouTube. So we have some hook engineering. Okay, like how are we actually going to open this video up? And then…
