If you're a trader and you actually know what these are, Gamma Exposure, Zero DTE, Open Interest Data, Convexity Exposure, and the Delta Gamma Taylor Expansion, you have almost zero competition in this market. But if you think price action and fair value gaps run this market, you're totally cooked. Here's what you should be doing before every market open. Before the market open, pull up a Gamma Heat Map. I use itematurechq.com. The largest Gamma levels show me exactly where the dealers are forced to buy and sell to hedge their positions. Those become my support and resistance and my magnet levels for the day. These levels are derived from actual options positioning data, not just lines that somebody drew on a chart. Then check the environment. Positive Gamma means price gets pinned to those levels and negative Gamma means price accelerates through them. Now from there, you only need three other confirmations. Clean EMA stack, price starting to flag, and volume coming in on the break. If all three are there, take the trade. If even one is missing, skip the setup. You're not trying to predict anything. You're just reading the map and filtering. Does the setup qualify yes or no? That's the entire system. I'm given away the exact checklist that I used before every single trade. Comment GEX and I'll send it to your DM for free.
