50k ft — Why care?

Following Andrej Karpathy's viral post on LLM-maintained knowledge bases, Claude Code ingested 36 YouTube videos, extracted tools, techniques and skills, and built an interlinked graph of documents (hubs like 'Claude Code' linking to Playwright, browser automation, ClickUp) with summaries and source links.

10k ft — Key takeaways

• Have the agent extract tools/techniques per source so hubs emerge naturally • Keep source links in each node so the wiki stays verifiable • Paste Karpathy's post into Claude Code and ask it to replicate the system on your own corpus

5k ft — Tools & techniques

Claude Code, Playwright, YouTube LLM-maintained wiki, automation, entity extraction, knowledge graph

Comment “Karpathy” and I’ll send it over.
Transcript excerpt
All right, check this out. You see this right here? This is 36 of my most recent YouTube videos all being organized into a knowledge system with relationships between all of them. So literally all I did was I said, hey, Cloud Code, go grab all these recent YouTube videos, analyze them for different tools, different techniques, different skills, and just throw them into a knowledge base. And it literally built out all of this with different connections. So right here in the middle, you can see there's a huge hub called Cloud Code, and every single other dot that it touches is a video that I made about Cloud Code. So if we follow the trail all the way down here, this is a video about computer use. And then in here, there's all these other concepts that are related to it, like Playwright, Browser Automation, ClickUp, and all of these are actual documents. So if you click in, I can see all of these other things. I can get the link to the YouTube video. I can see summaries, and I can also get links to all the different tools and techniques that were discussed. Basically, Andre Caparthi made an X post about this and it completely blew up. It got 17 million views in about four days. So then I basically just copied all that text, gave it to Cloud Code, and said, hey, help me replicate this. I just dropped a full guide showing you guys how you can set everything up. So if you want it, just comment Caparthi, and I'll send it over.
