This changed the way I explore codebases forever.
Before: Scattered folders, massive token burn, and zero visibility into real connections.
After: One command → full knowledge graph with Obsidian vault, interactive wiki, and plain-English answers like “What calls this function?”
The bridge? **Graphify** — built in 48 hours after Karpathy asked for it. Handles code, PDFs, images. 71.5x fewer tokens per query.
Open source. Zero setup.
Save this if you build or research!

Transcript excerpt
Andre Carpathy said this tool needed to exist in someone built it in 48 hours. It's called graphify one command you point it at any folder on your computer code notes research whatever and it builds a full knowledge graph out of it automatically. Every file, every connection is mapped. Carpathy literally posted his LLM knowledge base workflow and within two days somebody dropped this on GitHub and this is how fast the game is moving right now guys. Your files aren't just yours anymore. There are brain waiting to be wired up. It's open source. It's free. The links in the bio.
