🚨 This feels so exploitative
There's been a lot of talk recently about the new Claude 3.5 sonnet
One of the most common questions people have is whether you can build software using AI
So I did it
I gave myself 72 hours to publish a software and get some users
This is probably one of the most challenging things I've done
I've been working huge hours to get this out
But within the first 12 hours of launching this new software (BopIt.app)
Over 42,000 people viewed it on social media
Hundreds of people viewed the app
This is honestly the future of building applications

I generally think I've just fallen into the illegal zone of building software. I honestly don't know if I should be gatekeeping this information because what I'm about to show you will actually change your life. Like, genuinely. Like, it genuinely feels exploitative. Can I use it to build an entire software that I could then get users for and maybe sell? Yeah, I did it. I gave myself 72 hours to build a software using Claude. This is some of the code you can see here. This script in itself is 269 lines of code. This is what the software looks like. It's actually live. You can try it out here. But what it basically does is allows you to download videos from short form pieces of content. It doesn't stop there because people are actually actively using this product. This is the software like actually live working. Like it can play the video. You can download the video. You can play the isolated vocal file. You can download the file. You can see the transcript. So, I launched this software yesterday and these are the results. I got 13,000 views on TikTok, 4,000 views on X, 23,000 views on Reddit, 1,500 views on Instagram and 29 views on LinkedIn. These are all the different people actually using the product. It hasn't generated any revenue yet, but it just goes to show that I can…
