Transcript excerpt
Charles Munger, Warren Buffett's partner, said buy above the screen line and then sell below it on the S&P 500 and you'll outperform by vast margins. So, I took data from the last 50 years and let's see if it actually played out. By the way, I've been doing this for six years. I turned a quarter ticket into 1.3M's in about four and a half years. This is what it looks like on some of your favorite stocks. AMD, Apple, Nvidia, crypto, Bitcoin, Hyperliquid. It works to an insane degree. Here's the data. Starting off in 1930, the orange line is our rule where we will buy above the green line and sell below it. And this is traditional buy and hold. Let's watch it play out. This is active management. Every one to two years you will buy or sell, but it will protect you from 2000, a financial crash, the dot com bubble. It protected you from all of them, as we can see from the vast outperformance. This data completely shows the validity of this model in a long-term environment, even over the last five years. I have nothing to sell you. This is a free indicator on TradingView under PBEMA. If you comment Charlie down below, I'll send it to you. Best of luck. Go test it yourself.
