Why I’m pivoting from AI Agency to Commodity Broker.
I love AI, but running an agency is a constant battle of managing people and churn. In Commodity Brokering, the math is simpler:
The pay ceiling doesn’t exist. It’s tied strictly to how much volume you can move.
The old guard will tell you this industry is a “closed club.” It used to be impossible to break in unless you spent 20 years in a suit. Not anymore.
I’m using the same AI systems I built for my agency to:
✅ Source JIS-certified rebar in Vietnam.
✅ Vet buyers in Japan & globally.
✅ Automate the logistics trail that used to take a team of 10.
I’m not leaving AI behind, I’m just using it for a higher-leverage play

Selling AI is not the way to make money anymore. I just made $40,000 brookering rebar from Vietnam to Japan And it was fucking easy. Selling enterprises AI convincing them to pay you like $10,000 a month outsourcing your employees And just doing all this shit for a measly 10 maximum $20,000 a month per client is fucking ridiculous I got a $20,000 check and I'm gonna get another $20,000 check when the second shipment hits and I'm not doing anything It's a hundred times easier to maintain this. I don't have to deal with employees I don't have to deal with clients and the best part is is that the sky is the ceiling when it comes to how much money You can make brokering commodities the amount of money that you make is directly tied to the amount of product that you're moving Like I met a guy in Ukraine who's made over $20 million in the past year Brokering sunflower oil from Ukraine to the rest of Europe and Asia and he's only been in the game for like a couple years Also when the whole economy collapses do you think that people are going to continue to pay you for running their AI systems? Maybe if you have a contract with multi-billion dollar companies, but that's not the case for 99% of us Commodities like grain and fuel and all this shit is the last thing to stop moving around
